I can't sign in
Use the same method you signed up with (email or Sign in with Apple). For email accounts, tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and follow the link we send. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How do I restore Premium on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase, then open the paywall or Settings › Restore purchases.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Peaches. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The Magic Generator says I've reached my limit
Free accounts include 3 AI generations per week, which reset every Monday. Premium includes unlimited everyday use.
Voice dictation isn't working
Allow microphone and speech recognition for Peaches in iOS Settings › Peaches. You can always switch to Type mode.
I'm not getting reminders
Turn on notifications in iOS Settings › Notifications › Peaches and in Peaches › Settings › Notifications. Reminders need a time on the task.
How do I delete my account and data?
In Peaches, open Settings › Delete account and confirm. All your tasks, goals, journal and history are permanently deleted. You can also email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
