1. Introduction
By using Peaches, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.
2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Peaches application.
3. Subscription License with Termination Rights
Peaches operates under a subscription model, providing access to task management features. You are required to pay recurring fees based on the chosen subscription plan. Peaches reserves the right to terminate your license at any time without prior notice.
4. Refunds
As Peaches is a digital product, subscriptions cannot be refunded once access is granted. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription term.
5. Disclaimer
Peaches does not guarantee that the application will meet all your needs or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Peaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application. In no event shall Peaches liability exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription services.
7. User Responsibilities
Peaches is not responsible for any actions you take with the content generated or organized through the application. You are solely responsible for your use of the application and the tasks you manage with it.
8. Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Peaches account and remove all associated personal data, please send an email to piramostudio@gmail.com. Once your request is received, we will process the deletion of your account within 30 business days.
9. General Terms and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. By using Peaches, you agree that any legal disputes arising from these terms or the use of the application will be resolved in the courts of Colombia.
